Imelda Rogers is an experienced HR professional with extensive leadership roles in various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People Services at the University of Exeter since May 2015, Imelda previously held roles as Deputy Director People Services and Senior HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR consultancy and best practices. Prior experience includes positions as Deputy Director HR and Head of HR Operations at the Met Office, where Imelda managed operational HR functions and employee relations. Additionally, Imelda contributed to Friends Life Group as Head of HR, International, and worked at Friends Provident as Senior HR Business Partner, International. Educational credentials include an FCIPD certification and a Master’s degree in HR Management from BPP Law School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Maths and Psychology from University College Dublin.
