Lucia Johanesová is a dedicated researcher and PhD candidate at the University of Economics in Bratislava, focusing on nonprofit sectors and NGOs' funding for Education and Youth Organizations. Lucia has experience as a research intern at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and previously worked as an Incentive Analyst at Kyndryl and IBM, specializing in the preparation and setup of incentive rebates for sellers. Prior roles include Client Verification Manager at the Slovak Business Agency, Project Coordinator at Bratislava Volunteer Centre, and various analytical and consulting positions related to project management and financial processes. Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Regional Development from the University of Economics in Bratislava and participated in an Erasmus Exchange at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
