Harini Karunarathna is an experienced researcher and educator with a background in medical laboratory training. Currently serving as a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Eastern Finland, Harini has previously contributed to academic settings as a Research Assistant at Tampere University and held roles as a Demonstrator and Teacher’s Assistant at KIU Sri Lanka. Additionally, Harini gained practical experience as a Medical Laboratory Trainee at Ceymed Healthcare & Hospital Services.
