Charlene Katuwawala is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in brand strategy and content development, currently serving as the Head of Content & Brand (Interim) at the University of East Anglia since November 2019. In this role, Charlene has established a new content team and is responsible for overseeing brand governance, creative direction, and accessibility initiatives across multiple digital platforms. Additional positions include Co-Chair of the BAME Staff Network and the Race Equality Charter, as well as significant contributions to various arts and cultural festivals.
