Ryan J. Crawford, PMP, serves as the Corporate Director of the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) at ChristianaCare since November 2021, where responsibilities include driving strategy realization and project management initiatives. In addition, Ryan holds the position of Adjunct Professor at the University of Delaware since January 2023. Previously, Ryan was the Enterprise Technology Director at CSC, focusing on customer experience and enterprise program management. Process improvement and mentorship were emphasized during tenures in various project management roles at SAS and Collections Marketing Center, where significant revenue growth and cost savings were achieved. Ryan's consulting experience includes work with KPMG LLP, Protiviti, and Bridgeforce, where strategic organizational frameworks were developed for major banking institutions. Educational achievements include an Executive Leadership Program from Cornell, a Master’s in Finance from the University of Florida, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Delaware.
