Nick Waller has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Dining Room Manager and Instructor at the University of Delaware since August 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing the student-run restaurant Vita Nova. Previous roles include Director of Catering at Valley Forge Casino Resort from October 2011 to May 2014, and Food and Beverage Director at The ACE Conference Center from August 2010 to November 2011, managing food and beverage operations in a large conference setting. Waller also held positions as Associate Director of Sales at Radisson Valley Forge, General Manager at Harry's Savoy Grill, and Dining Room Manager at Hotel du Pont. Waller holds a degree in Hospitality Management from Westminster College in London, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
