Kiernan Ensor is an experienced esports professional currently serving as the Esports Coordinator and Head Coach at the University of Delaware since February 2022, where key responsibilities include developing strategic plans for program growth, managing budgets, and leading recruitment efforts. Ensor has successfully launched the first Women/Nonbinary esports team and developed the Delaware High School Esport Invitational, promoting esports in the state. Previous roles include Adjunct Instructor at the University of Delaware, Adjunct Lecturer at Saint Peter's University, President at Conference One, and Esports Coordinator at Canisius College. Ensor has also worked as an independent esports consultant, advising colleges on program establishment and event organization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Siena College and Canisius University.
