Brandi (Hurt) Smith has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving as a Senior Service Call Manager and Hardware Specialist at the University of Dayton since June 2003. Prior roles at the university include Computer Support Specialist for the College of Arts & Sciences and Telephone IT Technician. Before joining the University of Dayton, Brandi worked as Telephone IT Support at Systemax Corporation from December 2002 to June 2003. Brandi holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton, obtained between 2013 and 2018, and an education in Network Engineering with a focus on Cisco Networking from Edison Community College, completed in 2003.
