Thomas Winther is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation and business development. Currently serving as Startup Manager at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen since May 2023, Thomas supports the transformation of ideas into business ventures through UCPH Lighthouse. Prior to this, Thomas founded WineJump, leading the creation of a comprehensive SaaS suite that modernized the wine trade. As founder and former owner of Vinkunsten, Thomas promoted South African winemakers focused on quality and social responsibility. Additionally, Thomas founded Innogate, offering over 15 years of consulting expertise in technology and innovation translation. Previous roles include advisory positions at the Ministry of Economics, European Commission, and Nordic Innovation. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen.
