Josephine Friis Schouenborg is an experienced attorney-at-law at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab, specializing in complex international commercial litigation and arbitration, with a focus on M&A, corporate law, construction, directors' and auditors' liability, and insurance. In addition to current responsibilities, Josephine serves as an external lecturer in Civil Procedure at the University of Copenhagen. Josephine's prior experience includes positions at Bech-Bruun and ADVODAN Glostrup, as well as an administrative role at Mindshare A/S. Josephine holds an LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center and a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen, complemented by an exchange program at Osgoode Hall Law School.
