Riffat Iqbal is currently a board member at the University of Central Punjab. Iqbal has an extensive academic background, having studied at the University of Central Punjab, Al-faisal grammar high school, and Punjab Group of Colleges & Allied Schools. Iqbal has been a monitor at their high school, and a student at both their college and university.

Iqbal attended the University of Central Punjab, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance. Riffat continued their education at the University of Central Punjab, earning a second BBA in Business Administration.
