Nithisha Reddy Gaddam is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida since August 2024. Prior to this role, Nithisha served as a Software Engineer Intern at Oracle from May 2024 to August 2024, and as a Cloud Development Engineer at Pegasystems from March 2022 to August 2023. Nithisha began a career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer from June 2019 to March 2022 and held the position of Research Intern - Digital in early 2019, focusing on machine learning and developing a model for text extraction from identity-related images. Nithisha earned a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida (August 2023 - May 2025) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from VNR Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering and Technology (2015 - 2019).
