Shelby Fiegel, PCED, currently serves as the Director of the Center for Community and Economic Development at the University of Central Arkansas since October 2014, overseeing training and technical assistance programs. Prior roles included Managing Director and Assistant Director at the same center, where responsibilities encompassed communication, marketing, and the development of training events and community services. Prior to joining the University, Shelby held positions at The Sells Agency as Associate Public Relations Account Executive and interned at Hemingway-Pfeiffer Museum, as well as the Arkansas State University Chancellor's Office and Fowler Center. Shelby possesses a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Arkansas State University, earned in 2014.
