Karen Mather possesses extensive experience in organizational development and leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Academy Affiliation and Organisational Development and Programme Director for People and Culture at the University of Canterbury. Additionally, Karen led the welfare workstream for the COVID-19 response within the Incident Management Team. Previous roles include Educational Designer and Training Consultant at Statistics New Zealand, as well as Regional IT Support and Training Advisor at the Department for Courts (Justice Department). Karen is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Organizational Leadership at the University of Canterbury and holds a Master's Degree in Strategic Organisational Development from the University of New England (AU).
