Glenn Woodcock

Dowling Policy Fellow at University of Cambridge

Glenn Woodcock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy development, sustainability, and governance. Currently serving as a Dowling Policy Fellow at the University of Cambridge and holding various director roles at organizations including Dynamic Purchasing UK and Oxygen Conservation, Glenn also contributes as a Non-Executive Director, and serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Exeter. As Vice Chair of the Board of Governors at Exeter College, Glenn plays a critical role in educational governance. Notably, Glenn founded Exeter City Futures, a community interest company aimed at achieving carbon neutrality in Exeter by 2030, and Global City Futures, a consultancy focused on sustainable urban development. Educational credentials include a Physics degree from The University of Sheffield and ongoing engagement as a Continuing Fellow at the CSaP Cambridge Centre for Science and Policy.
