Sanjana Prudhvi is currently a Junior Specialist in Laboratory Medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, since September 2024. Prior to this role, Sanjana served as a Medical Scribe/Data Entry Clerk at Westminster Free Clinic, where key responsibilities included data collection assessment for food drives. Additionally, Sanjana worked as a Medical Assistant at AFC Urgent Care and gained laboratory experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Boston University’s Zaia Lab, contributing to research on proteomic profiles and biomarkers for neurological disorders. Other experiences include a role as a Communications Specialist in the Department of Biology at Boston University, where social media engagement doubled, and as a Medical Assistant/Receptionist at AME Medical Group, focusing on underprivileged populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sanjana holds a Bachelor's degree in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, and Genetics, with a minor in Public Health from Boston University and graduated from Oak Park High School with a diploma in May 2020.
