Howard Rosen is a distinguished Professor of Neurology at UCSF, a position held since 1999. Previously, Howard served as a Neuroimaging Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis from 1996 to 1999 and completed residency training in Neurology at UCSF from 1993 to 1996. Earlier in their career, Howard was a resident in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from 1989 to 1992. Howard received a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Boston University.
