Currently serving as a Business Manager at Marshall Motor Group and a Consultant National Coach for Badminton Wales, Raj also holds roles as a Consultant Coach for Badminton England and Owner - Head Coach at Newport Badminton Academy, where a group of aspiring young players are nurtured. Previously, Raj was the Managing Director at Megah Jaya, overseeing supply for construction projects, and held positions at Lexus Cardiff and Lexus Bristol, where notable achievements include completing the Lexus graduate management program with distinction. Raj's background in professional badminton coaching spans over a decade, supported by a degree in business management and economics from Cardiff University.
