Jess Bower currently serves as the International Market Development Manager at the University of Bristol, focusing on student recruitment in Europe and UK-International markets. Previously, Jess held the position of International Student Recruitment Manager at the University of Bath and various roles at the University of Bristol, including School International Officer and International Recruitment Officer, with a focus on Southeast Asia, Europe, and domestic applicants. Earlier experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant within academic settings, and as a Lead Advisor and Career Advisor for the National Apprenticeship Service. Teaching experience as a Cover Supervisor at Whitley Bay High School further complements Jess’s background in education. Jess holds a Secondary PGCE in English from the University of Bristol and a BA in English Language from Northumbria University.
