Kristi Smith currently serves as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni and Development at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a position held since October 2016, following a tenure as Senior Director in the same department. Prior to this, Kristi Smith worked at AstraZeneca from March 2007 to September 2016 as a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist, effectively leveraging industry knowledge and sales expertise to present clinical data and foster relationships with healthcare professionals. Kristi Smith also held the role of Administrative Director of Education at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from January 2003 to March 2007, overseeing departmental administration and curriculum development. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant to the Dean of the Graduate School at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from February 1998 to December 2002, where efforts resulted in increased enrollment and revenue. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
