Manuel Castaño Cano serves as the General Manager and CEO of Civis Consultores Asociados, S.L. since November 1999, where expertise encompasses transport, road and rail projects, and land development. With 14 years as a Project Manager, Manuel coordinates a team of 20 engineers and architects on various large-scale projects in Spain, including the "Colinas Golf Resort" development. Additionally, since September 2015, Manuel has held the position of Associate Professor at the University of Alicante, teaching courses in civil engineering, logistics, and freight transport. Previously, a freelance technical advisor for the Ayuntamiento de Santa Pola from June 2016 to November 2020, and held positions including a junior engineer at Dragados SA and technical consultant for the Ministry of Public Works. Manuel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Universitat Politècnica de València and has pursued further education in railway infrastructure design and business administration.
