Sian Johnson currently serves as a Project Coordinator within the Learning Enhancement Innovation Team at the University of Adelaide, focusing on the design and creation of engaging blended and online learning experiences since June 2024. Prior to this role, Sian accumulated extensive experience at Cara Inc from October 2017 to June 2024, notably contributing as a Project Officer in a Human Resources System Transformation Project aimed at integrating “Employment Hero” to enhance organizational learning and development. Sian also held various positions including Acting Project Team Lead, Project Officer RoC, Workforce Planner Payroll, Workforce Planner Neighbourhood Project, and Senior Rostering Officer, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management and workforce planning. Education was attained at Naracoorte High School from 1999 to 2004.
