Sarah Jaber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in university-industry engagement and knowledge transfer. Currently serving as Director at the University Industry Innovation Network (UIIN) since August 2020, Sarah focuses on expanding advisory services through innovative initiatives that address external engagement challenges for universities and businesses. Prior roles include Manager of Business Development at KPMG from October 2017 to November 2020, where Sarah advised university and industry clients on policy, operational, and strategic issues related to research funding and commercialization. As a Senior Consultant and Major Initiatives Officer at the University of Melbourne from March 2010 to October 2017, Sarah coordinated multi-disciplinary funding proposals and worked closely with industry partners. Earlier experience includes research and teaching roles at the American University of Beirut. Sarah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Nanoscience from the University of Melbourne, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
