Jennifer Kovach, MS LPN CAPM, currently serves as a Senior Activation & Reinforcement Specialist at University Hospitals since November 2017, following a progressive career within the organization as an Activation & Reinforcement Specialist and Representative. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as an Independent IT Consultant and Contractor from September 2012 to November 2017, specializing as an IT Support Specialist and Trainer. Jennifer's early experience includes roles as an LPN at Tuscany Gardens and as a State Tested Nursing Assistant at O'Neill Healthcare and RENAISSANCE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology-Management and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, both obtained from Western Governors University, along with practical nursing training from EHOVE School of Practical Nursing.
