Mohamed Almadhoun is an accomplished lecturer and administrator at the University College of Applied Sciences in Gaza, Palestine, with a career spanning over 17 years. Holding the position of Assistant Vice President for Administrative Affairs, Mohamed is responsible for strategic planning in various departments, including IT and human resources. As Head of the Computer Center Department, responsibilities include managing programming and networks teams, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and overseeing server upgrades. Mohamed serves as Vice Chair for the IT Department at Flash Toons and founded the UCAS Technology Incubator, where contributions as a Business Development Officer and IT Consultant were significant. Previous experience includes project management at Logicteca Solutions and a teaching assistant role at the Islamic University of Gaza. Academically, Mohamed holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Islamic University of Gaza.
