Rowan Fisher has extensive experience in education policy, currently serving as Head of Student Experience and Skills Policy at Universities UK since January 2020. Prior roles include Policy Adviser, School Governor at Oxford Spires Academy, and various positions at Oxford Brookes University, including Widening Participation Evaluation Officer and Enquiry to Enrolment Intern. Rowan Fisher holds a Master's degree in Policy Studies in Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, obtained between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from Oxford Brookes University, earned from 2012 to 2015.
