Kevin joined USS in 2018 from city-based private equity firm Hudson Advisors/Lone Star. He has more than 25 years experience in HR, working for large and medium-scale companies through all stages of the business cycle. Before that he spent almost six years with Barclays Investment Bank and 14 years with UBS Investment Bank, managing every aspect of the people strategy, including performance management, remuneration, succession planning, and leadership development.
