Kim Glithero, MA, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Universities Canada since November 2018, following a progressive career in various HR roles. Previously, Kim held the position of HR Business Partner at Health Standards Organization from May 2015 to November 2018, where strategic HR support was provided to multiple business units. Earlier experiences include positions at Canadian Red Cross as a Recruiter for International Operations, Accreditation Canada focusing on volunteer resource management, and Universal Forest Products as an HR Coordinator. Kim's academic background includes a Master's degree in Human Systems Intervention and a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations, both from Concordia University.
