Gentrit Berisha is an Assistant Professor at the University of Prishtina since October 2011, specializing in Managerial Decision Making, Operations Management, and Business Ethics. Berisha also leads the Office for Sponsored Research and Projects, focusing on coordinating research opportunities and networking for project collaboration. In addition to academic roles, Berisha serves as a Consultant for the Community Development Fund, working with women startup founders, and has held various consulting positions, including with the European Commission as a National Contact Point and with GIZ Kosovo conducting needs assessment workshops. Previous consulting experience includes promoting the SEEIST project with the Slovenian Academy of Engineering, and conducting research for UNCTAD on entrepreneurship. Berisha earned a PhD in Management from the University of Prishtina between 2013 and 2019.
