Guillaume Lapierre is an experienced business lawyer and educator with a comprehensive background in various areas of business law, including business consultancy, financing, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate law, serving as a partner at Therrien Couture Joli-Coeur since April 2018. In addition to legal practice, Guillaume has been a business law professor at École du Barreau since January 2019 and a lecturer at UQAM since August 2017, teaching courses in business and civil law. As a trainer for IQPF, Guillaume focuses on assisting financial planners with integrated personal financial planning for entrepreneurs. Educational credentials include a Master of Laws from Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval.
