Thomas Jardou is a Technical Leader at Néosoft since July 2024, focusing on developing public service tools using Symfony 7, conducting code reviews, and integrating front-end components from government libraries. Concurrently, Thomas serves as a Vacataire Teacher at Université de Limoges, teaching practical sessions in the MMI department and sharing expertise in HTML, CSS, SASS, and TailwindCSS. Previously, as the Head of Development at NEXTON from May 2021 to June 2024, Thomas managed production schedules, client budgets, and maintenance while developing new features with Symfony and PHP. Thomas has also worked as a Full Stack Developer and Product Owner, actively involved in user experience workshops, user stories, and Agile practices. Earlier roles include web and mobile development at COMEVENTS. Thomas's educational background includes a professional license in web development from Université de Limoges, along with numerous internal training modules in Agile methodologies and the Product Owner role.
