Romain DUMAS is currently the Vice-Dean in Charge of Research and Innovation at the Faculté de Droit et des Sciences Économiques de Limoges, a position held since July 2023. DUMAS has been a Maître de Conférences HDR in Private Law at Université de Limoges since November 2013, where responsibilities include teaching various courses at the master's level and directing the DUEJ, France's oldest program for judicial expertise. DUMAS has also held several academic positions, including as a Maître de conférences at Université de Toulouse-Le Mirail from 2009 to 2013, and a chargé de cours at ENSIL, among other roles. Educational qualifications include an HDR in Private Law and Criminal Sciences and a Doctorate in Private Law from Université de Limoges, which was completed in 2005. DUMAS's extensive experience encompasses a broad range of legal domains, particularly focusing on conflict resolution, cooperative law, and competition law.
