Nirmal NIVERT has extensive experience in legal affairs and institutional management, currently serving as the interim Director General of Services and Director of Legal and Institutional Affairs at Université de La Réunion since June 2020. Prior to this role, Nirmal NIVERT was the Director of Legal Affairs at the University of Poitiers from December 2014 to June 2020, and held the position of Research Officer focusing on local public policy studies from September 2012 to March 2014. Experience also includes teaching roles at Universités Poitiers - La Réunion between October 2005 and August 2011 and serving as a judicial assistant in administrative courts from September 2005 to June 2007. Nirmal NIVERT holds a Doctorate in Public Law from Université de La Réunion, along with several advanced degrees in law from leading French universities, including University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université de Caen Normandie.
