Luan Fronza has extensive experience in engineering consulting and project management, currently serving as a Consultor de engenharia at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI since March 2017, focusing on production loss reduction through quality tools and cost management. Luan has also held the role of Project Assistant at Stara S/A since March 2014, where responsibilities include project development and improvement of various devices, team coordination, and management of tooling activities. Prior experience includes a position at Jama from July 2012 to November 2013, concentrating on welding, machining device projects, and quality process analysis. Luan holds a Latu Sensu specialization in Gestão e Negócios from IFFar and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAHOR.
