Jorge Sarmiento Ramos is an experienced professional currently serving as a Partner at Rsec and a Professor at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas' Graduate School since June 2023 and January 2022, respectively. Jorge has held various independent director and consultancy roles in startup entrepreneurship and digital transformation, alongside mentoring experiences in project management and enterprise architecture from 2018 to 2021. Jorge's extensive tenure at IBM, from 1991 to 2017, includes leadership roles such as Executive Director in Infrastructure Services and Strategic Outsourcing, impacting the Spanish South America region. Educated in multiple esteemed institutions, Jorge holds a Doctorate in Management Sciences, an MBA, and specialization in Design Thinking and Innovation, among other qualifications.
