Raul Eduardo Flores Najera is an experienced telecommunications and networking professional from Guatemala with a career spanning over 16 years. Currently serving as the Coordinador CORE IP at Innova Telecomunicaciones since July 2024, Raul oversees critical infrastructure for an Internet Service Provider, focusing on network operation, continuity, and growth using technologies from Juniper, Huawei, Cisco, and MikroTik. Raul has been a Cisco Netacad Instructor at Universidad Galileo since 2009, teaching various networking courses. Previous roles include positions such as ADVANCED ENGINEERING at Interanet, Subject Matter Expert at CiberC LATAM, Infrastructure Senior Network Engineer at Xerox Business Solutions, ISP IP Rollout Engineer at Tigo Guatemala, and roles at Government of Guatemala including a telecommunications advisor. Raul holds multiple degrees from Universidad Galileo in Informatics and Telecommunications Management and has developed a strong foundation in network design, administration, and optimization throughout a diverse career.
