Jairo Parra Cuadros is a legal professional with extensive experience in both academia and practice. Currently a Professor of Evidence in the Procedural Law Area at Universidad de los Andes since July 2024 and a docente in the same field at Universidad Externado de Colombia since June 2021, Jairo also serves as a partner at Parra Quijano & Cuadros Abogados since December 2020. Prior roles include Director of the Litigation Area at Archila Abogados from January 2017 to December 2020 and attorney in the Unfair Competition and Industrial Property Working Group at the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio. Jairo's educational background includes a Master's in Probation Reasoning from Universitat de Girona, several specializations in civil procedural law and commercial law from Universidad Externado de Colombia, and an advanced English program at The University of British Columbia.
