Mathias Ignacio de la Palenque is a professional with extensive experience in psychology and human resources. As the Founder and Director of Equidad Recursos since May 2023, Mathias focuses on innovating training and communication management in organizations. Currently serving as a Professor of Institutional Psychology at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino and the Coordinator of the Master's in Work Psychology and Organizations at the University of Buenos Aires, Mathias also contributes as a Clinical Psychologist in a private practice. Prior roles include significant positions in Talent Acquisition at Mudafy and various IT recruitment roles, alongside a solid educational background in organizational and clinical psychology from prestigious institutions.
