Victor Rocco serves as the Deputy Head of Studies and Strategic Analysis at the Vice-Rectory of Research and Doctorates at Universidad del Desarrollo since August 2022, focusing on data analysis, reporting, and strategic evaluation to enhance institutional performance. Previously, Victor held the position of Deputy Director of Research Management at the same university, leading a team and preparing reports on strategic indicators. Prior experience includes roles such as Research Information Manager and Project Management Analyst at Universidad Andrés Bello, and an Analyst position at CONICYT, demonstrating a solid background in research management and evaluation. Victor holds a Master’s degree in Natural Resource Management and multiple diplomas in scientific research, business intelligence, and analytics.
