Javier Gonzalez Benito serves as the Vicerrector de Economia and Catedrático de Organización de Empresas at Universidad de Salamanca, where Javier has been since 2008. Additionally, Javier holds a position as a professor in the MBA program focused on Family Business Management and coordinates the Operations and Quality Management module. From September 2009 to September 2012, Javier was the Decano de la Facultad de Economía y Empresa and also presided over the Sección de Dirección de Operaciones y Tecnología within ACEDE. Educational credentials include a PhD in Management from Universidad de Salamanca, an MSc in Operations Management from UMIST, an MPhil in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a Licenciado en Ciencias Matemáticas from Universidad de Salamanca.
