Diana Sofía Chapa Chapa has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Diana Sofía started their career as an Interior Design Intern at Chocolate Molinillo in February 2018, where they gained practical experience in the field. In June 2018, they moved on to work as a Packaging Engineer at O-I until May 2019. During this time, they honed their skills in the engineering aspect of packaging.

In 2019, Diana joined the Universidad de Monterrey, where they have held multiple roles. From August 2019 to August 2020, they served as the Coordinator of Graduate Studies of Art, Architecture, and Design. Diana Sofía'srole involved overseeing the graduate programs in these areas. In January 2022, they took on the position of Director of Graduate Studies of Art and Design, where they are responsible for leading and managing the graduate studies department. Additionally, Diana served as the Interim Director of Graduate Studies of Architecture and Habitat Sciences from January 2022 to June 2022. Diana Sofía'swork in these roles highlights their expertise and contributions to the academic field.

Diana Sofía Chapa Chapa has a Master's degree in Packaging Design from Universidad de Monterrey. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, also from Universidad de Monterrey. Additionally, Diana has a Post Urban Living Innovation Project from Chiba University. Diana Sofía has obtained various certifications, including one in Product Design, Prototyping, and Testing from edX, and another in Fundamentals of Collaborative Online International Learning from Universidad de Monterrey. Diana has also received certifications in areas such as article writing, conference presentation, research paper writing, and ethics in research.
