Serge Yablonsky is a highly experienced academic and business leader currently serving as a Visiting Professor and Researcher at Universidad de Jaén since March 2022 and as an Associate Lecturer at C3S Business School and Abertay University since September 2022. Previously, Serge held the position of Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Management at St. Petersburg State University from 2007 until March 2022 and served as a Professor at St. Petersburg State Transport University from 1975 to 2010. Notably, Serge was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Russicon, focusing on strategic and project management as well as software development from August 1991 to 2016. Serge holds a PhD in Computer Science from St. Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI" and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and EFMD in Belgium, enhancing expertise in management information systems and IT value creation.
