Florencia Pane is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and psychology with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gestion Compartida since September 2022, Florencia manages end-to-end recruitment processes for internal and external clients. Concurrently, Florencia is a docente for a Labor Psychology diploma at UCES and a clinical psychologist at ALAPA and in a private practice. Previously, significant roles include a Specialist in Labor and Forensic Psychodiagnostics at the Poder Judicial de la Nación Argentina and Senior HR Selector at Administradora Sanatorial Metropolitana S.A.
