Natalia Andrea Araya Plaza is an academic at Universidad Católica del Norte since March 2020, teaching courses in Information and Control Management and serving as the Head of the Engineering program. Additional roles include being a postgraduate instructor for a diploma in Gender and Social Challenges. Natalia has experience as a facilitator in agile project management workshops and held leadership positions at K-ONE (Belsport Group S.A) as a store manager and assistant manager. Former experience also includes project improvement assistant, researcher, and e-business instructor at Universidad Católica del Norte, alongside managing social media for Cabañas Alicanto Elqui. Academically, Natalia holds a degree in Information and Control Management and has pursued various certifications, including Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master, and is currently enrolled in a diploma program focused on educational inclusion.
