Luis Fernando Rueda Vivas is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Director of Comunicación Organizacional at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga since 2017. Previously, Luis held the position of Director of the Centro de Producción Audiovisual at the same university. Additionally, Luis worked as the Director de Programación at TV Cable Promisión S.A. from January 1991 to November 1999. Luis holds a Magíster en Comunicación Digital and a Especialista en Periodismo Electrónico from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, with studies completed between 2009 and 2011.
