Kelsey Flynn is a seasoned marketing and design professional with extensive experience in creative leadership. Currently serving as the Marketing Creative Senior Lead and Creative Director at Universal Yums since November 2021, Kelsey has demonstrated innovative marketing strategies. Previously, Kelsey held various design leadership roles at Horizon Group USA from June 2012 to November 2021, advancing from Junior Designer to Senior Design Director, specializing in tween and kids activities and crafts. Early career experience includes design internship at BroadcastMed and customer service as a hostess at Mason Jar. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from the University of Hartford, achieved in 2012.
