John W. Rosser is a seasoned professional in the engineering and operations technology field, currently serving as Lead Operations Technology Engineer at Cleveland-Cliffs since November 2021. With extensive experience as a Managing Partner at DMRE LLC since July 2014 and prior roles including Plant Engineer/Quality Manager at Universal Steel America, Sr. Project Manager/Application Engineer at Integrated Mill Systems, and Sr. Consultant at Crown Training & Development, Rosser has developed a robust skill set in operations and maintenance. Earlier career roles at United States Steel Corporation spanned from 1982 to 2014, culminating in leadership positions such as Manager of Plant Reliability and Area Manager in various operational functions. Rosser's foundational experience began at Bethlehem Steel and Inland Steel Co., complemented by a Master’s degree in Industrial Technology and Operations from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University Northwest.
