Cynthia Saldanha currently serves as the Head of IT GRC at Universal Sompo General Insurance Co. Ltd. Previously, Cynthia held the position of DVP - Information Technology at Tata AIG and worked as a Manager at Wincor Nixdorf India Pvt Ltd. Additional experience includes serving as an IT Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and as a Project Manager at CMS COMPUTERS Ltd. Cynthia completed education at Mumbai University, with multiple qualifications from the institution.
