Jeff Bonneville is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software product consulting and end-user support. Currently serving as a Software Product Consultant at Siemens PLM Software since January 2017, Jeff has also been employed at Universal Solutions International Inc. since September 2013, where responsibilities include helpdesk support, hardware and software installations, as well as knowledge base management and training. Recently promoted to Junior Systems Administrator, Jeff continues to enhance IT expertise alongside existing helpdesk duties. Jeff holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from ECPI University, one in Network Security and another in Cloud Computing, earned between 2009 and 2013.
