Pingjuan (Jane) Huang is a Senior Manager of Accounting at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since September 2017, responsible for overseeing all accounting close activities related to the Universal Service Fund, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Prior to USAC, Pingjuan served as a Senior Accountant/Business Analyst at Ampcus Inc from August 2014 to September 2017, where preparation of journal entries and federal financial statements were key responsibilities. Pingjuan also held the position of Senior Accountant at Verdi Consulting from September 2011 to August 2014, focusing on financial report compliance with GAAP and FASAB. Earlier experience includes an Accounting Research Assistant role at George Mason University and an Asset Management Intern position at Volunteers of America. Pingjuan holds a Master's degree in Accounting from George Mason University, obtained in 2011.
